For Accountants & CPA Firms

More client capacity, not more headcount

AI drafts. Your team reviews. The books stay yours.

LedgerIQ is not trying to replace your practice. It is the back office your practice would build if it had the engineering team — AI to draft, tooling to review fast, and a clean hand-off to the work only a CPA can do.

Two ways a firm uses LedgerIQ

Your clients on LedgerIQ, you invited in

A client runs LedgerIQ and invites your firm into their books from their portal. You get a workspace for each client and a switcher to move between them and your own practice. One active outside-accountant seat per client business.

LedgerIQ back office behind you

For volume bookkeeping, LedgerIQ's own trained accountants review AI drafts against a confidence gate before posting, under supervision. You take the reviewed ledger and do the advisory, tax and sign-off.

The review tooling

Where LedgerIQ stops — deliberately

LedgerIQ provides the ledger and the AI tooling. It does not do tax filing, advisory, or attestation, and its back-office reviewers are described as trained accountants doing ledger review — not as licensed CPAs. That boundary is intentional: the CPA-scope work stays with you, and nothing in the product implies otherwise.

What your client sees (so you are not their support desk)

Scale the part a computer does well. Keep the part that needs your licence.
